Do you offer onsite support?
No. Infrastructure is managed remotely under our offshore model. Where hardware must be handled on site, we work with your local provider or staff.
Can you take over infrastructure set up by someone else?
Yes. We start by reviewing and documenting what you have, then agree what we will manage.
How is access to our systems controlled?
We use named accounts with multi-factor authentication and only the permissions needed, and remove access when it is no longer required.
What response times do you offer?
Response targets are set out in your written service agreement, agreed before the service starts.
How is the work billed?
Ongoing management is a monthly fee; reviews and migrations are quoted as a fixed scope.
